Our Founder Melissa  Merino is Well Know Local Bartender from Buford Georgia who came to Long Island 5 years ago. She has won over the Bay Shore community Bartending with her southern charm. From bartending at local bars to high end country clubs. Her wide variety of expierence brings a edge that complements any event. 

Our team is built from local bartenders who have worked along side Melissa for various years. These bartenders are no longer co workers but family.
